I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI already brought the phone to a different store to be fixed and they even stated that the screen was not put on right on the phone in the first place the phone was not dropped or damage as business states they never fixed it right Regards, [redacted]

Have already contacted consumer, she brought the phone with the screen already broken. I will resolve her issue even thou we are at no obligation to fix it again after she damaged it again. Thank you contacting us we are always trying to improve our customers satisfaction.  Sent on: 11/13/2017...
