1-I have spent thousands of dollars and time insulating the attic space.2-The customer came to my office this summer and I informed them I would add additional ventilation to the attic space.Then they reported me to the Revdex.comNo help from Mfg. Tom Maggy called and gave me a verbal in addition to his written response: Tom Maggy stated: I spoke with the manufacturer and the consumer does not want what they are recommending, which is a very large ventilation unit on top of the roofThe consumer agreed with my decision for additional ventilation and I can agree to have this completed by the first week of October 2015. I will contact the consumer within the next weeks to schedule a date for the additional ventilation.

Mr Maggi is right.? He has been at our home and we did meet with him, but he hasn't come by when promised on several occasions.? We have also reported the manufacturer not just MrModular.? We want to work this out, but promises are not kept.? I am home all the time...? ? *** ***
