The 2005 [redacted] in question came in on Monday Feb 6th and was picked up on Feb 13th. We repaired & painted everything that was on the [redacted] estimate. We emailed [redacted] the pictures of the repairs and they said they believe it is old damage too. The first complaint she had...
was about the bent up piece under her car that is made by it being lifted up on a lift or floor jack during it's 12 year / 191649 miles life. We did not lift the car off the ground to do the repairs on it, it was not necessary to raise it up to fix it. The second complaint she has is about the 12 year old faded & peeling paint on the inside door sill which is not part of the accident or the repairs either. You can see from the picture of the old faded & peeling paint next to the freshly painted rocker panel. Enclosed are some pictures. The first picture show the side of the [redacted] before repairs. The second picture shows the bottom of the vehicle where over years lifts and/or floor jacks have bent it. The third picture show a list of some of the old damage this vehicle already has on it. And the last picture shows the inside door sill with the old faded & peeling paint with the newly painted rocker panel below it. I feel that this customer wants something for nothing.
