We had two moves in monthsThe first move went smooth and everyone was respectful and careful with our belongingsFor the second move, the man in charge of the move was wonderful and very accommodatingBut one of the men smarted off to my husband accusing him of lyingAlso, they cracked the inside of our fridgeThe entire inside of the door has to be replaced nowWe built a new home and now have mutilple scratches on our front door frame and walls from them, along with at least very large and noticeable scratches to nice wood furnitureThe first time they wrapped our furniture and the second they did notThey got the moving date wrong that we scheduled, so never showed up the day we told them we were scheduled, because they had us on for the next daySo instead of starting out move at 8am, they couldn't get to our house until 4pm and did not finish until 11pmA move with kids ending that late was pretty roughAlong with all of this, I called and told them everything and they apologized and seemed very sympatheticThey said they would call backdays later, they have not called backI'm also pretty sure they have caller ID because EVERY time I call now no one answers, which has never happened in the pastIt's the only line they have, so I know someone is there to answer but they don'tI have been patient and understanding this entire time, not even getting upset reallyBut now I am pretty upset and cannot believe that this is how we have been treated and THEY DONT CARE!!! If they did, they would've done something by nowThey should be thankful my husband wasn't the one callingHe was so upset that anyone we hire would talk to him in that manner, along with all the other thingsHow disrespectfulIt's all just made me think unhighly of them and I will always tell this story to anyone moving, to prevent them from such horrible serviceBefore this, I raved about themI can't believe anyone could give this sort of service and still live a moral life, while lying to us and treating us badlyGo elsewhere for your sake!!!

For the second move, the man in charge of the move was wonderful and very accommodating. But one of the men smarted off to my husband accusing him of lying. Also, they cracked the inside of our fridge. The entire inside of the door has to be replaced now. We built a new home and now have mutilple scratches on our front door frame and walls from them, along with at least 3 very large and noticeable scratches to nice wood furniture. The first time they wrapped our furniture and the second they did not. The day of my move the movers came and loaded and moved truck load. They had to come back for a second load. The truck broke down in the driveway and they had to call for service. We went ahead to our new home to wait for them. We didn't hear from them for hours. Finally they showed up after dark and the owner didn't even have the deceincy to apologize. They broke a marble table and I have called the owner several times to see what he was going to do and he never returned one call. Extremely unprofessional movers. They left freshly painted walls dirty they were horsing around upstairs in my new home while putting furniture up there. I have ever been so extremely dissatisfied with any service before in my life!

We contracted with Mr. Mover to move our furntire and boxed household items from Murfreesboro (1700 sq ft, 3bed/3bath, 2story) to Nashville (2500 sq ft, 3bed 3 bath, 2 story) on 04/04/2015.

This company was very competitively priced, in terms of weekend rates, weekday rates, and travel time charges.
This company assigned three employees to my move which was sufficient - and they were polite, friendly and professional in their handling of our possessions. Loading took about 2 hours and unloading took slightly longer (understandably) as items were being distributed throughout the rooms of the house.
Both houses were two story which also contributed to the time factor. The Moving-In house had a split-level staircase with a U-Turn landing, so the movers had "fun" shifting the king size 5' headboard, and various other items.
The movers never complained or even rested and they stayed upbeat and friendly the entire time. We didn't see a single mark on the furniture or walls and they were careful to use a floor mat to protect the entrance of each house, as well as properly wrapping furniture with pads to ensure the safety of the furniture during handling and transport.

Summary:
The rates were very competitive and the quality of the service provided was more than worth it. I didn't have to spend two hours waiting on friends to show up at their convenience, spend 2 hours herding those friends, worry about friends injuring themselves or damaging furniture/walls.

Bottom line I will use Mr. Mover Nashville again and I most heartily recommend this business.
