I feel that I have been 'RIPPED OFF? by this company and I am having to re-do all the work that they started because the work (project) was poorly sized, poorly managed, poorly implemented, extremely over priced $10,000.00 for the inferior work that was delivered and the work was not completed to my satisfaction. He hired a sub-contractor and never told me he was not going to be at my job site to install and manage the project. The project should have been sized for at least a week of work ? he only planned and paid the subcontractor for a day. A couple of pallets of River Stone , one small roll of landscape fabric, and three drainage pipes and grids was all that was delivered from the materials provider. No way adequate to complete the drainage fields properly.The subcontractor had an older trenching machine which broke down and was out of service most of the day. No front end loader to move the stone ? instead they used wheel barrows and shovels to move the River Stone. Due to the 'break down? of the trenching machine they tried had to hand dig the areas for the drainage pipes and grids, and dry river beds which took the better part of the day. It became apparent that there was not enough material (River Stone) to create robust drainage fields (dry river beds) ? and they subsequently ran out of material. The dry river bed installed above my pool was not slopped properly - water does not run uphill. I have a muddy mess above my pool that was suppose to be a robust well functioning dry river bed. During the first heavy rain after installation of the work - the entire drainage system failed and resulted in the drainages ditches overflowing and pushing rocks and debris all over my yard and property.This is how the project was left - when I called *** to get him to fix the problems he got very ugly with me and told me not to contact him again that he was done. I am now having all the work re-done to the standards that I was expecting from *** G and his company Mr Outdoor Living.
Product_Or_Service: Drainage Fields - Dry River Beds
Billing Adjustment I am looking for a partial refund - he charged me $10,000.00 for work that I am having to completely re-do. I would like a $7.500.00 refund which result in the cost to me for the mess that Bill G left me with of $2,500.00 which is what I feel is a fair price for the inferior job that he completed.

This customer is entitled to his own opinion. However, his facts are not correct and he was well pleased previously (image 001). His freedom to express his negative comments via social media (Yelp - image 002, image 003, and image 004) is his American right.. Mr. Outdoor Living has been back to his house several times for no additional cost. We have been willing to discuss and help this customer after his negative comments, over the phone as well as in person (image 005). We forgive this customer and wish his and his family the best.

They did not deliver a quality product - I have a mess on my property because of the very low quality of work. They did come out to my property after the shoddy install - but did not do anything to fix the mess.
Coming out and taking a look at a poorly installed product and then walking away and doing nothing is worthless.
They just walked away .... leaving me with a mess that I am having to spend thousands of dollars
$$ to correct.
I find the response to be condescending and highly lacking in any real attempt to make this mess I have at my property right.
The pictures of the final product tell the story very accurately in regards to the mess they left.
This company does not stand behind their work.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the work that was completed at my property.
