I walked in to MrPC today thinking that I would endure an expensive and time consuming afternoon, but I was far from correctAn employee was ready to help me almost immediately and seemed very happy to do soUpon concluding that my phone only needed a minor tweaking to get it back up to working order I asked them if I could pay them for their services but the employee who helped me insisted that the minor repair was too small to charge for anythingI'm so glad that I went to see these guys! If I would have gone anywhere else I would have been looking at a $100+ repair

Contracted Mr.PC to replace the screen on my iPadPro,they agreed,dissembled my device, offered refund but my iPad was extensively damaged buy MrPC
On 09/19/i dropped off my iPad Pro to get my cracked screen replaced I paid the full amount of $,the individual who I spoke with guaranteed that my iPad would be as good as new with the new screenI used my iPad on a daily basis with my business to take notes,place bids,work orders,over view blue prints,invoices,and keep track of my employees clock in/out .The screen on my iPad was cracked but yet it was still operable, I wasn't not able to fully use my Apple pen due to the cracks on the screen,which led me to get a screen replacementI walked into Mr PC Monday 09/to check on the progress on my iPad proIt turned out to be that they were not capable of replacing my screen on my iPad and was told that they would fully refund my payment, well they took apart my iPad completely destroyed the original screen when I pressed t
