This customer already acknowledged the fact that there were scratches on his hood from scraping snow off and the scratches that he is referring to are consistent with the scratches that were already there. He is upset because they were too deep and we could not remove them, so he...

got angry. Now he's looking for a free repair. He purchased a Groupon in order to get the scratches removed and was upset when we couldn't.
