I've been having them service my pool for the past months They do an excellent job & service our pool weekly & the best part is that the water is always blue I had another pool company service my pool in the past and on some occasions our pool would turn green or start to turn green from rain or whatever Not once has our pool turned green with MrPool Service I would highly recommend this company if your looking for trust worthy and honest people

After maintaining my pool myself, and suffering with a green pool for several months and more money than I care to think about, I was fortunate enough to see a technician for this company in my neighborhood The signs advertised a very attractive price so I asked if he would have a representative contact me to discuss signing up with them He came over the next day and checked my poolVerified all my chemical levels were good, brand new filter but a very green poolHe then contacted one of the owners who happened to be in the areaHe arrived and very quickly diagnosed the problem, phosphate levels Not once did my pool store suggest this may be an issue which really upset me because they were constantly suggesting other (costly) remedies that would not clear the pool So, needless to say, I am now a very happy customer of MrPool Service and every day I smile when I look out my window to see a beautiful blue pool gracing my back yard I highly recommend this company
I am writing this unsolicited review of MrPool Service as I just want fellow pool owners to know what a wonderful job Abby and the team at MrPool Service does on a weekly basis, MrPool Service took over servicing my pool about a month ago and I've watched with amazement as my pool totally changed from one where I felt it was permanently stained, to one where the water is a beautiful blue and the tiles sparkleThey always seem to know what to do, when to do it and how to deal with any pool concernsI love that the phone is always answered and MrPool Service is a one stop pool service companyFrom leaks to changing light bulbs, one call to Abby and I'm done!
My last pool service would come to my house and if I literally did not run out back to talk to them they would be gone! MrPool Service takes their time to do the job right

I highly recommend Mr. Pool service. As a new pool owner they were patient and very informative in all aspects of pool maintenance. They were always punctual, professional and kind. Abby always responded to any questions I had via email or call very promptly, and I really appreciated when she called every week letting me know when the pool technician would be arriving. Guillermo my technician is great. He is kind, friendly and always did a great job. Thier customer service and care is top notch.

Not once did my pool store suggest this may be an issue which really upset me because they were constantly suggesting other (costly) remedies that would not clear the pool.
So, needless to say, I am now a very happy customer of Mr. Pool Service and every day
I smile when I look out my window to see a beautiful blue pool gracing my back yard.

Bought a voucher and showed up the same day, they were fast, friendly and knowledgeable with all the questions I've had. A+ in my book, I have referred them to 3 other friends who have all said the same thing 2 of which are my neighbors as our previous pool guy was terrible with communication and so unprofessional.
