Porch to restore electricity for Ms***Unfortunately, she wanted the wires and tube fixedA second electrician was brought to analyze further the issue and he advised that electricity was being used from the house into the garage to keep a freezer runningThe overused cables and busted tubes that were causing the electricity to defuse blew out the circuit breaker and needed repairs immediatelyThe electrician was unable to complete full work due to the need of a permit from the City of WestchesterOnce advised Ms***, she objected to the request; without the permit no detailed electrical work would be doneInstead the electrician made sure to connect the electricity so Ms*** wouldn't be inconvenienced and had ample time to have the permit issue and worked to be performedMs*** is liable for the outstanding balance due to MrPorch because it clearly stated in our contract, that we were not responsible for any electrical work, but due to the sensitive issue and feeling sympathetic we went out to the extremities to not only satisfy but bring peace of mind to Ms***

MrPorch admitted that my electricity in my garage went out while they were using itI was the one that went to Home Depot to get another breaker $3.00; to help them fix it (wasn't reimbursed)They attempted to fix it, but failedI notified them over and over again that the problem still existedThey also admitted that the electrical was working when they got thereI have been living at Heidorn for over years and never had a problem with my garageI have a small deep freeze plugged in because I have a large family and need to store extra foodMy food spoiled, from there negligentMrPorch never reimbursed me for the foodMrPorch has over and over again proved that they cannot be trustedMrPorch breached the contract by not demolishing the structure, I had to get someone to break down and remove the structure for me ($200), they didn't deduct for that expenseMrPorch never ordered a Dumpster to remove the debris, I didThis company promised things that they were supposed to have done, and never followed throughWhy would I be complaining if they did their job? As previously mentioned before, we have gone over and beyond our duties to help out Ms***She has admitted that she was running a freezer in her garage, but she is not admitting that she had burnt wires running from the house into the garageIn the nine (9) years there would be no issues until now, simply because it is clear that for all the excessive voltage usage of a deep freezer running 24/it can burn out wires and eventually blow out a circuit breakerThere's no way a saw of to amp that can cut through burnt wiresOn the contract, it clearly states that we are not responsible for any electrical repairs, but due to the sensitive incident we went out of way to attempt to help Ms***, unfortunately it was out of our handsWe cannot be held responsible for the costs of the circuit breaker and the food that spoiled from the freezer, since this electrical issue wasn't our faultMs*** is also aware that when we began the project we needed permits for said mentioned demolish and removal of debris and we were waiting on the Village of Westchester for said permitswithout this we are unable to proceedMs*** took it upon herself to order the dumpster and have the remaining work done without a permitWe cannot be held accountable for that eitherOver and over again, Ms*** mentions that we cannot be trusted, we never followed through, but as you can see, not one time have we neglected any of Ms***'s needswe have answered all her demands not to mentioned that while making a credit card payment we waived our % feeTime and attention has been given to the fullest and there's nothing left said to be doneWe will be closing our file with Ms ***Again, we thank her for her patience and business

I hired Mr. P[redacted] to demolish and rebuild the back p[redacted] in my 4 story building.
They did and outstanding job. The deck was built well and fast. Once they got the permit, there was no stopping. These people know how to build quality porches.

I highly recommend Mr. Porch. Mr. Porch recently finished construction of our 3 story (six unit) back porch and staircase. From planning to completion, Mr. Porch delivered a high level of customer service and professionalism. During construction, Mr. Porch worked quickly, kept the job site clean, and was respectful of our neighbors. The quality and the workmanship of the porch is beyond reproach and the entire project came in under budget and ahead of schedule. I could not have asked for a better outcome.

Our eight unit condo building has worked with Mr. Porch two different times for repairs to our existing desk system. The most recent repair was completed in October 2016. We have been pleased with the overall experience on both occasions.

The estimates we have received from them have been comprehensive and competitively priced, the work is thorough and communication from start to finish has been great (starting with letting us know up front that they were in their busy season, but that they would still be able to fit in our repair in a timely manner).
