Mr. Pride Car Wash Collierville

Car windshield was not cracked before entering car wash. Manager did not review cameras just assumed it was cracked before entering car wash.I took my car to be washed at Pride car wash and got the[redacted] Wash. When they finished I got in my car and noticed my windshield was cracked!!! I immediately drove around and told the attendant. I assured her my windshield wasn't cracked when I entered the car wash. She then informed me that she would get the manager and they would review the cameras to make sure. I watched her walk and get the manager and he came right over and looked at my car and didn't review any cameras. He said it look like my car had been hit by a rock and he wasn't paying for that. I asked him to review the cameras and he said he wasn't going too. He told me to take it up to a glass shop and get them to fix it. How Rude!!! Desired SettlementI just wanted the business to fix my windshield
