Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The response by PowerRVZ is not only unexceptable but also not factualWhen I inquired about a warranty with the owner *** *** at the time of purchase I was told by him it would be very expensive and not worth itHe then want on to say that if I had any problems with the coach within the first to days to call him and he would either fix or help with the cost of repairing any issues that may ariseI did have PowerRVZ install new tires on the coach before I came back to pick it upI was never informed of any type of brake inspection being performedAfter driving the coach back from *** ** to *** *** ** there was a burning smell coming from the front passenger wheelI thought possibly this was after such a long drive and thought nothing of itTwo weeks later I took the coach to *** and found that the generator would not stay running and on the way back found the front wheel smokingI had the coach checked and that is when the wheel bearing and seal was found to be bad along with the brake line being compromisedI had the bearing and seal replaced along with the brake lineUnfortunetely while bleeding the brakes the ABS valve was ruinedI took the coach to a different repair shop who while checking out the brake valve found the radiator is leaking along with the diesel primer pump on the engine not working properlyI'm replacing the ABS valve out my own pocketThe issue I need to have resolved with PowerRVZ are the generator repair, Radiator repair and Diesel primer pumpI feel these issues should be repaired with the help of PowerRVZWhen I talked to Mr *** about these repairs he said he would help out with cost and also offered to replace the coach with another oneAfter this initial phone call he has not responded to my calls or emails.Regards,*** ***

*** ** AND CAME BACK ON MARCH TO TAKE DELIVERY OF HIS MOTORHOMEIN THE DAYS THAT THE MOTORHOME WAS AT POWER RVZ MR *** AND I WERE IN CONTACT SEVEAL DIFFERENT TIMES GOING OVER THINGS THAT HE WANTED DONE TO HIS MOTORHOME BEFORE HE RETURNED TO TAKE DELIVERY AND WARANTY'S THAT WERE AVAILABLE FOR HIM TO PURCHASE THAT WOULD PAY FOR MAJOR PARTS AND REPAIRS IF HE WOULD EVER HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH HIS RV ANY WHERE IN THE USA OR CANADA WITH A LOW DEDUCTIBLEHE ASKED POWER RVZ TO REPLACE ALL TIRES WITH NEW *** TIRES THAT MR *** AGREED TO PAY FOR AND HE WANTED THE TENSION RODS I BELIEVE THEY WERE CALLED CHECKED BECAUSE HE READ THAT THE YEAR CHASSIS HAD PROBLEMS WITH THEMSO POWER RVZ HAD *** *** OF ***'S RV SERVICE WHEN THE TIRE COMPANY CAME OUT AND TOOK ALL THE TIRES OFF LOOK AT WHAT MR *** REQUESTED AND AT THE SAME TIME TAKE A LOOK AT THE FRONT AND REAR BRAKES*** *** DID AND REPORTED BACK AND SAID HE DID NOT SEE ANY ISSUES ON BOTH ITEMSI CALLED MR *** AS A COURTESY FOLLOW UP CALL WITH IN DAYS OF WHEN HE TOOK DELIVERY OF HIS MOTORHOME TO SEE HOW HIS TRIP BACK HOME TO *** *** ** WENTI WANTED TO KNOW IF HE HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE RV, AND HOW THE MOTORHOME HE PURCHASED DROVE AND HANDLED WHEN WE TALKED THAT DAY MR *** INDICATED TO ME THAT HIS DRIVE HOME WENT VERY WELLTHE MOTORHOME DROVE AND HANDLED GOOD AND HE WAS HAPPY WITH THE MOTORHOMEIN THAT CONVERSATION THAT DAY HE DID TELL ME THAT THE ONLY ISSUE THAT HE WAS HAVING AFTER HE GOT HOME WAS THAT THE ON BOARD GENERATOR WOULD NOT STAY RUNNINGI TOLD HIM I WOULD ASK *** *** THE RV TECHNICIAN THAT POWER RVZ USED TO DO THE PRE DELIVERY INSPECTION ON MR *** MOTORHOME AND ALSO USED TO GIVE MR *** HIS WALK AROUND ON THE RV THE DAY HE TOOK DELIVERY OF THE HOLIDAY RAMBLER DIESEL MOTORHOMEIN THE WALK AROUND MR *** WAS SHOWN THAT ALL THE SYSTEMS AND ALL THE FACTORY INSTALLED EQUIPMENT ON THE RV WERE IN WORKING CONDITIONAFTER MR *** AND I TALKED THAT DAY I TALKED TO *** *** ABOUT THE GENERATOR PROBLEM AND THEN CALLED BACK MR *** AND RELAYED THE INFORMATION THAT I RECEIVED FROM *** ***I ALSO TOLD MR *** IF HE STILL HAS ANY PROBLEM WITH THE GENERATOR TO HAVE IT CHECKED OUT BY A LICENSED MECHANICAL RV REPAIR SHOPAFTER THEY FIND OUT WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS THAT NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED TO CALL *** *** AT POWER RVZ AND LET HIM KNOW WHAT THEY SAIDIF YOU NEED TO CONTACT ME PERTAINING TO THIS MATTER YOU CAN CALL ME AT ***REGARDS *** ***
