Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Revdex.com I appreciate the efforts you are spending to solve this issue, however to make it professional and sample please find my responds to Mr [redacted] statement: When I dropped the vehicle at [redacted] dealership mechanic shop it wasn't MrRight Auto Repairs shop, it was [redacted] Dealership where Mr [redacted] works as mechanic there for the last 3-month.I never noticed any shown mechanic business trade licence whatsoever in the mechanic shop during the several visits I made at the shop itself where he carry-out his mechanic and body & painting works, I believe by VA law he has to post his license to execute mechanic & body-Painting works and deal with customers, however I would require copy of Mr.Right Auto repairs license to address my dealer-board complain & law case to the right address and person in case we don't agree in settlement. The vehicle was dropped to the shop night but it was previously agreed with Mr [redacted] over the phone during the same day and two days before. It happened that Mr [redacted] was inside the shop when my tow-company dropped the vehicle, moreover Mr [redacted] he is the one picked up the spot to drop the car so it wasn't surprise call at am as he mentioned ( all recorded at [redacted] CCTV system & Cameras ).I believe by law any licenbusiness or mechanic Shop, Tax payer has to have an official licence shown in obvious spot at shop or office, draft recipients or/and estimates drafts ready holding his details for the carried-out works which was never the case with ***, I never got any receipt or any official document of receiving vehicle or even written estimate for the needed job till date. All what mentioned at his respond as text messages between us was followed and coordinated with phone calls and shop-visits which he didn't mentioned that, plus at the texts he is using as proof we were discussing more than vehicle other than the ones we are disputing. For [redacted] Sheriff's advise to tow & store the vehicle or whatever mentioned I guess there is something missing as [redacted] Sheriff's wont get involved in such issues unless there is criminal issues or court order which that what has been said to me by Sheriff's Representative before submitting this complain, however he can prove & explain that at the court if needed.Towing the vehicle to storage lot, I guess this shouldn't be done as long as we are in dialogue together, last time I visited his shop (have witlessness) he refused to repair the car or let me take to it to other mechanic for repairs unless I pay *** plus the [redacted] he already he got for parts he claimed purchasing them which I never saw them and haven't get any receipt for them so far or even without informing me before purchasing & installing them as he claims and that payment without even fixing the vehicle as he requested.Considering the above mentioned & MR***'s statement at his respond as well the facts that I never get receipt for receiving them or/and estimate for the needed works, time and cost before starting or even without repairing, getting the vehicles runs and drives as well after discussing with my lawyer, I hereby:Disagree on the statement he mentioned and the facts he refuses or couldn't fix my vehicles after more than weeks parked at his shop.He Has either he provide detailed estimate for the required works, time and cost to get the car run & drive which should be within the market range. If the above proposal won't meet any approval the next step I will take is to file against Mr [redacted] as individually working at [redacted] ( unless I have proof of what he mentioned of working for MrRight Auto repairs),the civil law case will claim the following : - ***fair Market Price of the [redacted] grey [redacted] he used it to get parts from to fix the other vehicle- *** fair Market Price for the [redacted] blue [redacted] he kept parked more than weeks with nor repairs.plus all the towing, attorney and court and other fees might be apply Regards, [redacted]

To whom it may concern,         My name is [redacted] I am the mechanic at [redacted] business name Mr. Right Auto Repair my phone number is [redacted] I sublease the mechanic shop Unit B from [redacted]...

[redacted].Mr. [redacted] text me at 12 a.m. in the morning on July 18th 2017 telling me that his car was outside for repairs I met with him while the tow truck was dropping the car. At that point we came to an agreement of what's going to happen and the repairs for the car, the car had no ignition, no computers, no ignition switch and a lot more things were missing control arm broken front end back and etc.. I also went to pick up part to pick up some parts before he dropped the second [redacted] to me I have the receipts with me that was purchased with my own money which he pay me back for it when I told him I had purchased those parts. We had agree that the car was going to be check and I will let him know as soon as I know what the car needed after I check the whole car. with that been said, every time I fix something in the car, there was something else wrong and missing cables. Finally I got the car to crank with all the computers from the other car that he had dropped.Mr. [redacted] Claim in his complain that he didn't get any estimate for the repair cost or what type of repairs needs to be done, which is a lie, as you can see in the below attach a text messages between him and I, as you can see Mr. [redacted] texted me two different link to ebay site for the left front upper control arm for me to check which one he need, I respond to   him YES, he reply back (OK WILL ORDER IT) He also claim that he didn't know the estimate for the repair cost, but yet he knows his bill is $[redacted] that's because the last time he stopped by my shop I give him the bill and asked him to pick his car up, he refused to do anything, and never seen him since then.I texted Mr. [redacted] that I wasn't going to keep the car because I needed the space he replied that he will give me a space so just pick any of my cars and take it over there where he's dealership is [redacted] at this point I told him that was not needed.  I needed my space he insisted to give me a space to park any of my cars there I told him that my landlord had given me a letter stating that I needed to move some of the cars because they were taking too much space I explain that to him over the phone, but every time he used it as an excuse not to hear me, as you can see in the text messages, most of he's replied are with the family today, out of town, had an ememrancy, will stop by tomorrow. The last time I texted him was on August 24th, I texted him asking him what he's going to do with the car, but never got a respond, I try to reach out to him many times by calling him, also didn't get any respond.I waited for 6 more days, still no respond from him. On September 1, 2017 I called [redacted] Sheriff's and let them know that this car was here abandoned, the owner is not responding to my calls or text messages, which I can also prove with my phone company. The [redacted] sheriffs informed me what I needed to do they told me I can have the car tow and the tow company will let the owner and sheriffs know the car has been impounded. The towing company name is [redacted] and transportation was the company that tow the car from here after I had spoken with a Sheriff.  I have gave Mr. [redacted]  so many chances to come get his car he choose not to he insisted for me to repair it but at the end I told him if you can't get the parts then take it to onother mechanic he said no we went back and forth like this for almost 2 weeks and still there was no answer.Attach the bill from Pick up part that he paid me backAttach the text message that went between Mr. [redacted] and I
