I am rejecting this response because:The business is lyingThey worked on Friday and the guy was there on Sunday almost two days laterWhen the renter complained the business issued her refund and then put a stop as jokeTo prove authenticity of my statement the renter *** can be contacted at ***who will confirm my accuracy and when root rooter worked and on next Sunday we had to go and pay for the same My question is how come they issued a Check if they felt they had fixed her issue I strongly feel this business is fake and strips money from customers without doing the job. Review: On August 7, 2015, my renter at [redacted] called and complained about her toilet clogged and flushing issues. I asked her to call a plumber and get an estimate. She called Mr Roto Rooter and I do not know what they did, but they took 350 cash from her. Then she called next morning and started complaining that her toilet is still not fixed and she is having the same issue as previous day. On Saturday we took a handyman to her apartment and got the toilet replaced. She had called and complained to Roto Rooter about them taking her money as the problem existed and services not done as agreed upon. They told her they will refund the money back. They sent her a check and then made STOP payment on that check. Mr Anthony N[redacted] the supervisor told her that the landlord said her problem is fixed, which is absolutely incorrect statement from such a known business. The renter is holding rent payment unless she gets her 350 back from Roto rooter she will not pay us the rent. I tried calling and talking to Mr Anthony and he told me go ahead do whatever you want to do, we will not refund the money.He said we fixed problem and is anything happened next day we do not guarantee. Is this how a business operates in US? You pay 350 USD your hard earned money for some one to take and run?Please help.Desired Settlement: I want full refund of $350 with proof that the money has been refunded.

Mr Rooter of [redacted] installed a damaged water heater incorrectly in my home. I guess they feel they don't have to follow the Nat'l Plumbing Code established for safety and liability. Now I have to pay twice for a simple job! Poor customer service and management. Beware! Find another contractor for your needs. Would not recommend!

This plumbing company failed to install a water heater at our home correctly. Putting us in personal and property liability danger. Unprofessional and terrible customer service. We just wanted the job done correctly and get what we paid for. Now we must pay again to have it done correctly. Beware! Always review your prospective contractors.
