When we called Mr. Rooter to fix our problem they were made aware that we had a leak "somewhere". When the plumber came out and told us what needed to be fixed he said this will fix your problem. He was asked 3 different times and assured us that this is the problem and did $600.00 worth of "unnecessary" repairs. The second company that had to be called to fix the problem said that necessary repairs were not done to fix the leak. The repairs that were down weren't down correctly and had to be fixed by the new company. When Paul was called he said he would come back out to access the issue and never did. We have been ignored and costly unnecessary repairs were done. The letter stated that several messages were left with no return phone call back. Paul called one time. At this point I want a refund for unnecessary repairs. We feel "taken" and ignored. I want a full refund.

Review: I was told that they could fix my leak. Their work did not fix our leak and they charged me $596.55. Disappointed at their promise and now I want my money back and they have ignored my calls.Desired Settlement: I was told by their technician that his repairs would fix our problem and guaranteed it. We have had to hire another plumber to fix our issue and fix what Mr. Rooter repaired incorrectly. They didn't fix the problem and fixed toilets that didn't need repair and charge Victory Lady Fitness $596.55. I want a FULL REFUND. We have contacted Mr. Rooter and we do not get any calls back or a response to our request.
