awful customer service
Had an appointment with them for yesterday morning. They didn't come. All day I called and they said they would be coming soon. Finally late afternoon they said they couldn't make it and next available time was in a week - after being a no-show and keeping me waiting for them all day (!) I complained - insisted they should come this morning. The woman (in charge of customer service - a manager, she said) would give no explanation and finally just told me to find another plumber.

With respect to the above-referenced complaint, attached please find a copy of the invoice signed by the customer, [redacted] We do not perform work until we give the customer a priceThe customer signs off on the price before we do any work and again when we are complete with said work.I am also attaching Ms [redacted] 's calls to us to schedule her work and after her work was done After we completed her work, she did not call to voice any issues with the price She only called to ask for a paid in full receipt and lien waiver, which we e-mailed and mailed US mail to her on June 1st.Please let me know if you need anything further regarding resolving this issue.Thank you,
