I have had issues with MrRouter They responded to an issue near Commercial drive in Vancouver The bain the pipes was not cleared properly and backed up again They charged approximately $dollars for the fix, and attempted to charge an additional $for a new toilet in the process Subsequently Mr Router suggested a $dig to permanently fix the problem I called another plumber who immediately found another closer clean-out with direct access to the issue The problem was fixed for $ I have asked for a refund in light of the oversight Kevin the job supervisor has refused move the issue to his superior or provide me with a complaint procedure or email so we can resolve this issue In light of the oversight, the high likelihood of overcharging the customer, and refusal to file a complaint on the matter I would not recommend this business to anyone
