Customer called in for a water leak and possibly a frozen pipeI explained that because she has plastic pipes we can not heat themI explained that she will have to get some heat under her home (trailer) to thaw the pipes outI did send technician to her to fix the water leakThe guys did fix the leak by reconnecting the mission coupling back explaining that it was a temporary fixIt might not last long [redacted] called after they left and said that it had came apart again I told her that the guys were already on the next call and I would get them back as soon as they finished there I had to place her on hold for just a minute when I came back on the line it wasn’t her anymore there was a man on the line I tried to talk but instead he was screaming and cussing at me I asked him to please stop several times but he wouldn’t I finally was able to let him know that I was sending the guys back as soon as they were finished at the job they were already at, he started screaming and cussing at me again and his exact words were I do not want them to come back! I said ok About an hour later [redacted] called again wanting them to come back, by then unfortunately I was uncomfortable sending them back to someone who was so violently upset she said I’m sorry he gets that way I am attaching a copy of the invoice from that day

I am just the consumer who got ripped off by some unskilled plumbers and there is nothing I can do but this? It is a jokeFor all consumers who have to go through this ordeal.

my technician out. He replaced the faucet, he replaced the filters and he put in a customer supplied kitchen faucet unrelated to any of the problems at no charge. He retested the water and everything is working correctly. Mr. [redacted] is a valued customer at Mr. Rooter, and once we found out about this, we rectified the situation immediately. All has been corrected and customer was satisfied with the technicians work.

I thought I had already added a response to their work, but I don't see it. But the original Mr. Rooter did come out and went above and beyond what they were required to do to make sure I was satisfied with the work they did. The technician was very apologetic about the issues we had had but was determined to make things right.
Nice to see this kind of customer service still exists. I just wish I would have called them first instead of the other Mr. Rooter. I know now this time.
