Our former employee's exact quote on that site: I think you may be mistaken about which company came out to find your tankI work at MrRooter Plumbing and I do not believe we came out to your propertyGive us a call at ***, give us a chance to find itThank you, have a great day! *** called into our office on 02/05/15 to let us know that we were at her house on 01/31/15 and we could not find her tankThe reason we didn't know it was *** *** on *** book is because she used another name to protect her identityI spoke with *** and asked her to let me send another technician out to try to locate her septic tankShe agreedOn 02/05/a MrRooter technician went to ***'s house to attempt to locate the septic tank againHe marked an area where he thought it may be located*** did not want to pay the $to locate the septic system***'s husband told the technician that he was going to bring in his own excavating equipment to dig for the tank and he would call us to come pump out the septic tank when he dug it up*** used *** *** *** *** to pump the tank and we are not sure who dug up his yardMrRooter Plumbing was never paid to locate the septic tank with a locating service or to pump his septic tankThe only charge the customer paid was a diagnosis fee in which we were unable to find the tankThis is why I feel MrRooter Plumbing is not responsible for or should be held responsible for landscaping and grade repairMrRooter Plumbing did not do any excavation work on this propertyAttached: Paid Invoice & Estimate to locate septic tankThank you,*** ***
