Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Greater Houston Reviews (4)

In January 2013, MrRooter did respond to a sewer line stoppage upon arrival, out technician cabled through an opening that the mobil homeowner had removed It was then when MrRooter discovered that the septic tank was full which is why the homeowners plumbing did not drain, which may explain why the homeowner took the sewer line apart (to let it drain under the home) The MrRooter technician informed the customer that they needed to have their septic pumped (which MrRooter does not do) At that time, the MrRooter technician left a "one return trip no charge" for sewer line stoppage On March 7th (over two years later) the homeowner again called us out for a stoppage It was during this time that the MrRooter technician informed the customer that they had a fitting installed backwards and the sewer line was cut wrong (which was NOT done by MrRooter then ore in the past - apparently either the homeowner or the septic company did it over two years earlier) There was no charge for this call after cabling Again,, ten days later, again MrRooter responded to a stopped up washing machine this time Again, we pointed out the fitting but cleared the washing machine line and also told the customer that their drain line under their mobil home was tied up by a rope There was no warranty left after this second/third visit The problem was not caused by MrRooter and we would gladly repair the sewer line that was either hooked up incorrectly by the homeowner or by the septic company (from two years ago), but the customer would have to agree and pay the price for the repairs

Customer states they responded via e-mail on 3/29... there is not correct as there has been nothing received at our Company. The issued is not Mr. Rooter's.  We arrived and found the s/l taken apart by customer of someone else.  the "attempt to take it apart resulted in the pipe being cut at a 45 degree angel and incorrectly installed;   We attempted to cable the s/l but cold not  clear as the Customer's Septic Tank was full.  He was informed as such.  A few days later, he called u back for another stoppage but under his mobil home was a "lake" of sewarge" that was caused by either the homeowner removing a section of s/l piping, etc.  We cannot fix [redacted]s' problem until he gets his Septic Tank pumped and he agrees to a price that we can work up for him to redo his s/l as he or someone else other than Mr. Rooter messed it up.

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]Regards,My original problem reported to M. Rooter was when washing machine discharged water, it backed up in master bath and shower. Never had a problem with washing machine.
What 1-25-13 has  to do with anything is a mystery to me but I will address. On 1-25-13 I contacted Mr. Rooter about a sewer line stoppage. Mr. Rooter Technician informed me
septic tank need to be pumped out.  I called [redacted], phone [redacted].  They pumped both tanks Hydro Jet/Vac inlet field
lines, and installed electric sump pump on 1-30-2013 at a cost of $3,200.00, Invoice # [redacted].  This company never went under house.  As to home owner taking apart sewer line to
drain under home, this did not happen. Mr. Rooter Plumber told me he must have knocked line loose while cleaning line. As to a fitting being installed backwards and sewer line cut wrong,
I am not a plumber and if need repair I need a quote to have fixed. As to sewer line being tied up with rope plumber advise me of this and asked him to give me a quote to repair which I did not receive.
