Set up appointment early this morning for my tenant that doesn't have a shower or water put credit card on file and they made the appointment for this evening then canceled the appointment in the MIDDLE of the window because tech was backed upI feel this company over promises and under delivers and totally not only let me down but my tenant whos been waiting all day with young kids Owner went home for the day and I'm sure was notified about thisReasons OR results I feel he dropped the ball and not good businessIf not the tech the OWNER should have personally came over and completed thisThis is good work ethics which it seems they lackBEWARE

Mr.Rooter served us well. They quickly cleared a clog that flooded our finished basement and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately for us, it was a big problem. However, working with Mr.Rooter, specifically [redacted], we were kept well informed of our options, fairly quoted (yes we got other quotes) and pleased to have the work accomplished on schedule, on budget. I highly recommend their services if the need arises!

John W[redacted] went above and beyond our expectation in helping us when we had a huge septic issue. We are very impressed with his honesty and work. The work was completed in a timely fashion without inconvenience. Thank you!

To Whom it May Concern: We have given this issue a lot of thought and have decided that we will give the customer his money back because first and foremost we want our customers to be happy with our service and while there was no complaint about our actual service we still thinks this...

is the right thing to do.  We would like to say that we are not in the habit of referring our customers to other people,  that would a liability on us that we are not willing to accept.  We were under the impression that all Onondaga County residence receive notification by mail every year what services the county or city cover.  If we are asked about those services I always tell the customer "free is always better but if you do need us give us a call back".  We hope refunding the customers money is a positive resolution to the issue.Thank you for your help and please let us know if we should contact the customer or if the refund is done thru the Revdex.com.  Sincerely, [redacted]Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Greater Syracuse
