Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Dear Revdex.com ,unfortunately, once again, I have not received the check promised by [redacted] after his response.View one of his pdf attachmentsThis proves even more of his broken promise (twice)to refund me at least half of the amount of their mistake and damages to my valuables.At this point I ask you to please take further actions and put a stop to this cheating businessI really need your help in this matter and I thank you already for the wonderful job you are doing of not letting me hang on a thread for your helpAs I read [redacted] response there was a big lie about a cancellation call I made(?)The only reason I called him was to get my money back immediately and I asked him for the full amount ( another listener can testify)and obviously after calling [redacted] twice I was not going to trust his company again for any type of job.I have further testimonialof two people that were present when the drainage job was not completed ,not satisfactory.I usually pay people to get the job done,the job is supposed to be guaranteed otherwise do not take my money[redacted] stated that I refused to acknowledge that the line was clear for more than a week but it totally wasn't the case since I had been away most of the time and not used it as much as beforeand I got the answer the minute I started using it again.It was not cleaned properly the job was unsatisfactory and you know how I was left once more with a big damage to my valuables and a basement flood I had to clean up on my own.My friend who is not even a plumber cleaned it in two minutes afterward and never had a problem since!!! He was shocked that [redacted] charged me all that money to leave me in such an unprofessional mess!
