The technician arrived and spent approx1/hrs working on the issue, only to report that he was unable to fix it He stated we would need to excavate in order to resole the issue at a cost of $***Not a breakdown of costs, just simply $*** +txsHe suggested that they would soak up the initial $*** and further offered to throw in a pressure cleaning valued at $*** into the repair(How about just taking off a $***!! but I digress)
At this kind of expense, a second opinion was in order *** *** *** *** Not at $***, not at $***, but at $***!! This was approximately weeks ago and the tenants have not shared any issues since

I recently contacted MrRooter to state my disappointment and request a refund for the expense they could not fix and to offer a conversationNo one responded
The lesson here is, take your time, call around and quite frankly give the little guys a chance *** I won't be calling MrRooter anytime soon, or ever for that matter
