*** *** spoke with Mr*** on Thursday, 12/14/and set up an appointment to send our Co-owner, *** *** (who is also our responsible master plumber) out to meet with Mr*** and discuss any issues he was havingThe appointment was scheduled for the following Wednesday, 12/20/17,
however, Mr*** called and cancelled the appointment beforehandMrRooter was never notified while Mr***'s insurance company was investigating the cracks and concerns of the homeownerMrRooter always stands by our work and offers a full warranty on our workmanshipWe use *** *** to sign off on our plumbing repairs and tunnel specifications before a city plumbing inspection is performed, which we passed, therefore, if an issue was suspected by the homeowner, we feel we should have been notified before taking the issue to the Revdex.com, as we would never try to cover up or deny any legitimate missteps or wrong doingsWe would have done everything in our power to resolve this issue without it needing to be taken to this level. Additionally, MrRooter of San Antonio uses insured subcontractors for our excavation crews to dig and backfill all of our tunnelsWe would not be responsible for the backfilling of the tunnel, we are responsible for the plumbing repairs and warranty of suchIf a void exists under the home in the tunnel area, a claim would have to be made against the subcontractor, who is a fully insured excavation company, not MrRooter Plumbing of San Antonio
