Was told the earliest appointment would be on 12th, between 5pm -7pm.
I took that appointment and got a phone call on 12th at 5:37pm to cancel my appointment because technician can't make it.
I re-scheduled my appointment to the next day, the 13th, between 5pm -7pm.
I called around 5:50pm to make sure the technician is coming. And I was told the technician is on his way.
Until 7:10pm, nobody showed up, I am extremely disappointed. I called to ask why nobody showed up? I have been waiting at home for more than two hours.
The women who answered phone simply said " I thought you are someone else when I said technician is on his way."
What's more interesting is when I feel this answer is not acceptable, she raised her voice and started screaming at me first.
After I requested to talk to a manager and asked her name, she hang up on me!
It's a waste of time. The whole experience of being disrespected can not possibly be worse, and nothing get done!
