The worst plumber, damaged our new dishwasher, damaged our sink cabinet and didn't fix the leak and still asked to be paid in full?!!!
On March 25, 2020 we contacted a plumbing company named, *** to come and install a new dishwasher that we would receive on Thursday (March 26, 2020) morning. They sent out a plumber that came around 3pm on Thursday (March 26, 2020) to install the new dishwasher as well as fixing a leak underneath the sink in the kitchen. The installation was poorly done as the plumber caused a big dent on the bottom right corner on the new dishwasher (please see attached picture) as well as scratching the panel while pushing it in place (please see attached picture), the installation of the unit was poorly placed as it is angled in one direction, leaving a gap on the right side of it (please see attached picture). We were charged $249 for this service.

Regarding the leak, the plumber inspected the leak and said that the cause for the leak was the emergency valve, that it needed to be changed and it would cost us $185 extra, we paid the $185 extra thinking that it would solve the leaking problem. The morning after (March 27, 2020) we noticed that the kitchen floor was soaked (please see attached picture), the leaking had increased, and the sink cabinet was completely wet (please see attached picture). We contacted the plumber who informed us that he was off his shift and advised us to contact the plumbing company *** the day after, we contacted the company the same day as this was an emergency and after waiting for more than 20minutes a person picked up the phone and was extremely rude, hung up on us, and so we called back, after the third try we finally got a hold of someone who would listen to us told us that they would send the same plumber who had visited us (even though he claimed that he was off his shift), they informed us that he was on another job (we are very disappointed with the inaccurate information given by the plumber). Around 5:50pm the plumber showed up, looked at the leak and said that he turned the valve harder and that it was fixed now, upon checking inside the cabinet we noticed that he had broken the cabinet panel board (please see attached picture), he said that it was lose, which was obviously inaccurate, the board is completely broken (please see attached picture).

On March 28, 2020 we noticed the leak again (please see attached picture). This company has cause us too much headache, time and money.
