Mr. Sandless - Manassas

Review: On August 12, 2011, Mr. Sandless completed floor refinishing in my home for $742.00. Their product comes with a 5 year warranty. In February 2013 (1.5 years later) the work done on the floor is peeling which the company states the warranty covers. I called the corporate office to ask for the warranty to cover the peeling and to come and fix the problem but I was told that the local franchise owner who originally worked on my home is no longer in business and that I need to file a complaint with the Revdex.com. The corporate office shared that they are in litigation with [redacted] former franchise owner, and will not assist me.Desired Settlement: Since Mr. Sandless corporate will not assist me in fixing the floor and the original franchise owner no longer has access to Mr. Sandless products to fix the floor I am looking for a full refund of $742 cash.
