Review: My husband and I had our hardwood floors refinished Oct 2013. They did a terrible job and they came back about six months later to repair it. They made a few of the repairs but not all of them. Randy (one of the workers) promised to get in touch with the[redacted] and that they would be back in contact with me in a few weeks. It's been several months and I've heard nothing. Now I can't find a phone number to contact them at either. My floors look worse now than they did before they did anything (and my floors were 15 years old ). The cost to me was $2k and it was a total waste of my $. I know need to get them totally redone just to get them looking at good as they did before they "refinished" them!Desired Settlement: I would like to have my $2k reimbursed as I don't feel like anybody will come back out and do a complete repair to my floors!
