Mr Sandless

Review: [redacted], owner of Mr. Sandless in Mira Mesa, was contacted for work in mid-July. He failed to appear the first time we set up a date for estimate. We gave him another chance. He sent his team to come in and do the work after we had signed a contract and agreed that certain things would be covered with the floor refinishing such as new baseboards and the removal and repair of water damaged boards This was all discussed and agreed on prior to work being done. Once the worker came in they took a day longer than they were meant to, hit our walls with the sanding equipment leaving the paint damaged, hit numerous areas of our existing baseboards that weren't set to be repaired damaging the paint, left sand marks in the floor and did not repair the base boards discussed nor did they replace the water damaged boards. I went into labor that week and told he we could schedule a time for repair after I came home from the hospital.

While in the hospital (the day my child was born via emergency c-section) [redacted] was sending nasty emails over the fact my bank was "taking too long to send the check" Keep in mind the work was done two days before. This is after I had sent confirmation from my bank (wells fargo) that payment can take up to 8 business days to reach the payee. [redacted] was informed of this.

It is now January and after months of emails and calls [redacted] has refused to come back to repair the damage or complete the parts of our contract that he never did stating that he completed everything that he was supposed despite the fact that I have photo proof and emails from him that state differently.Desired Settlement: I am tired of dealing with this situation. I just wish for the boards that he took from house to sanded be returned and the separation baseboards that were promised when we began work to be delivered to my house. I will find someone else to put them in.
