To whom it may concern; On June 19th, 2015, Bosley Drain & Septic went out to Mr *** home at *** *** ** *** *** *** ***We pumped 3,gallons of septage out of his septic systemAt that time the system was overfull and we sent another technician from our company to look at the
systemOur technician ***, explained to the homeowner at that time that we could try to jetter the leach lines and add chemicals to resolve the problems with his systems*** also told Mr *** that it was not a guaranteed fixAt that time Mr *** wanted to continue with the workOn June 20th, 2015, we returned to Mr *** home and jetted the leach lines and added chemicals to his septic system to try to resolve the issuesOn June 29th' 2015, Mr *** called and said the work we performed did not work and so we offered to give him a discount on the installation of a new septic system and two (2) free tank pumpings until the new system could be installedMr *** refused the discount and the free tank pumpings and did not want us on his propertyThank you, Bosley Drain & Septic

The rough grade was done this morning, July 21, 2017. We had some weather and equipment issues that made it difficult to do the rough grade. We had informed [redacted] that as soon as we were able we would be out to complete the rough grade. Work is complete as of today. Thank you, Bosley Drain...
