where people pay for a serviceThat being said, I think would like to also mention that if we are at fault we will refund all $20.00, because again we do not take money without a service being renderedHowever we are an honest business, so if we are not at fault, we will only refund $Either way you will get back any money that was not used.
Now the easiest way to resolve any issue in the future would be to simply call us, as it can be taken care of in a more immediate fashionBased on what you have described to me, which of the following car washes did you visit? The one on Hwy 71? The one on Ranch Road 620? Or the car wash on Cypress Creek Road? I need to know which location you visited in order to properly find the resolution, but again be assured that you will receive a refund.

I am rejecting this response because: I have asked to be refunded the entire $ Yes, I did receive $4.00, but I have not enjoyed the use of the remaining $for now going on 2-weeks I feel I should be compensated for that Surely, in a spirit of contrition, this business can realize $is more important to me than them This is for the FM car wash Thank you

As to the customer's request, if you provide full name and mailing address I will arrange for that refundHowever, I hope that our facility in all it's other aspects was pleasant and of service to youIf it was, I hope you come back and please read the instructions on the Bay Meter Door in how to use the credit card swiper, specially in how to stop transactionThe fact that this happened to you twice tells me you are not stopping the transaction correctly because our maximum for all of our bays is $Meaning if you were to spend $worth of time at our bays and needed more time, you would need to slide your credit card again in order to get another $worth of timeSo if this happened to you in two different occasions I'm assuming that you did not stop transaction correctlyYou must press the button on the credit card reader in order to stop transaction, you cannot bring dial back to stop to stop transaction, that will just stop the bay functions.
I hope this makes sense, but in any case please send me your information that I requested and a refund will be provided for the full $to demonstrate we're not after taking your money.
