The check was sent but [redacted] had delivery problems and is now under investigation. Review: We approved quotation for a project and sent payment online. Amount is $2675.00.. They required 100% downpayment for their projects. After exchanging of emails, we realized they will not make it to our deadline as scheduled, we decided to cancel the project with them. Before canceling I called and cleared with [redacted] if we are getting a full refund and she agreed. I even have it in email that they will be refunding the full amount to us.

This was on August **, 2014. Today is already November **, 2014. A lot of calls and email exchanges took place between these months, and everytime they would promise to refund and/or take care of the refund so we would wait. Two weeks ago [redacted] said the check is with her and will mail out that day. WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING.

I called today to speak with the [redacted] but operator said he is at the meeting and will get back to me without asking who I am. [redacted] just stepped out so I was not able to speak to her today too.

I emailed them to get back to me today. And I thought it is enough waiting, I need to report this to Revdex.com already to help us. We will also try to dispute with [redacted].Desired Settlement: Please refund FULL AMOUNT ASAP, AND HANDOVER CHECK TO [redacted] AT [redacted]: [redacted]:
