construction clean up on an apt of that size is $225. We agreed that we would do what we could in the time allotted. We even spent an extra 15 minutes on the job. When we spoke on the phone after the job was done I offered to send a crew member to clean the areas deemed unsatisfactory. Since you called within 24hrs that offer still stands. Unfortunately, since a service was rendered I cannot refund your money. Please keep in mind we are a small local business and need to pay our employees. A professional house cleaner should be able to sweep and mop 853 sqf of floors (and more) in one hour, 2 professional house cleaners should be able to accomplish much more. Especially an empty house with no furniture at all in it, like mine was. My floor was merely gone over with a swifter duster (poorly and incompletely), and my kitchen counters were wiped down (poorly and incompletely). This quantity/quality of labor is not professional and does not deserve to be compensated professionally. In fact it boarders fraud. I am not the only victim of this company. As you can see, Mr. Spiffy's has a long history of providing an amateur service for an inflated professional price leaving their customers feeling cheated.As of the follow up conversation I had with [redacted], which was done in text and is saved on my phone. I mentioned my complaints to [redacted] and requested him to return and complete the job. He repeatedly refused, rudely and defensively. It was only after I told him I had pictures of his poor performance and was going to post them publicly along with filing a complaint with the Revdex.com against his company. At this time he said he was willing to return some of the compensation and asked what I thought was fair. I told him he did a 10$ an hour job and was willing to pay both his friend and himself 10$ an hour each. At this time he replied that he would give me 20$ back in check, not cash (he would not allow me to pay him in check and demanded cash). He does not offer to come complete the job once with in this conversation. He also states that he doesn't care about the Revdex.com complaint in this message. He claims that the Revdex.com will ask him to refund 20% and consider his case closed letting him retain his A+ rating as well. I stopped wasting my time trying to talk sense into him and began exploiting his fraud online.
