Thank you so much for your letter dated March 13, 2014. 1am writing in response to ID #[redacted]. We
have been in business for 30 years. As you are aware, we take extreme efforts to please our customers,
and as you will...

see, our response to this complaint was handled immediately by our professional staff.
We arrived at [redacted] home March 18, 2014 and replaced the gutter that had fallen off of her
home.
What we found: We found the fassia board the gutter was attached to was in poor condition. We were
also told by her husband, [redacted], that he was aware he did not have snow protection installed at the time
of the installation. We found that this incident was in no way, shape or form the fault of the Mr.
Spouting installation. Mrs. [redacted] was more than accommodating to our installers and we charged her
only $185.00 to replace this section of gutter due to the fact it was not the fault of the installation.
In regards to the unanswered calls: we received only one message on our answering machine.
However, we were closed for three weeks during that time due to the unsafe working conditions caused
by the extensive winter.
It is unfortunate to see a customer go to this extent without checking or waiting on the expert to evaluate
the situation.

Review: Mr Spouting replaced the gutters on my house on 11/15/2013.On Jan. 28th the entire gutter on the back of the house tore off taking much of the soffit and facia with it. Knowing that as soon as the snow begins to melt this would create a big problem for me because the water would run directly into the basement, I called and left them a message describing my issue and explained that I needed immediate assistance. I have since then called them a total of 10 times, leaving a message each time and no one has even called me back. My last message to them was yesterday (March 12). In this message I informed them that I would be contacting the Revdex.com and that in fact my basement did flood just like I told them it would. I did not expect a warranty repair on the gutter and also explained this in my first message to them. I just needed the gutter replaced right away, but no one could even give me the courtesy of a return call.Desired Settlement: First I would appreciate a return call from them and I would still like for someone from Mr. Spouting to return and repair the damage asap. At this point, I would appreciate a discount on the services for the extensive amount of time I had to spend calling and cleaning up my basement from the flooding that could hve been avoided had they helped me in the first place.If they refuse, I would like it to be posted for all consumers to know that they have extremely poor business practices.
