you know that you were responsible for part of the repairs per your home warranty policy. Read you policy and you will see that Freon is not covered  this had nothing to due with our company, we are hired from your home warranty. Once you disagreed with pricing and you started screaming at Mike and slammed the door in his face, you are correct we told Mike to leave the property there was no resolution that would make you happy. We treated you very respectful but our technician's and office staff should never have to be screamed at or verbally abused, We tried to explain to you the situation you would not listen. We contacted your home warranty and they are going to send another company out for you. Don't blame our technician for having to explain your Home warranty policy to you, we do charge for our time and repairs if you disagree with your home warranty talk with them on your policy.

Review: I have used Mr. Sprinkler in the past for the spring start-up and fall blow-out (winterization) of my sprinkling system located at [redacted] which also included their doing repairs in the past. I have had a working relationship with [redacted] and her husband who manage this business at the address in [redacted]. This year they contacted the tenant to schedule the turn-on. In the process of doing this the technician told the tenant there was a problem with the solenoid valves and that he would contact me. When the tenant hadn't heard from me about the problem in 2 weeks, she contacted me to see what was happening as the sprinklers were never turned on. I hadn't heard about this problem and called [redacted] immediately who informed me that the 5 solenoid valves which control each sprinkling zone were bad and needed replacing. I told her that each zone worked independently, that it was unlikely that all 5 zones went bad simultaneously and that I needed to know which valve was bad. She told me the tech would call me to explain. The tech never called, and she has not answered 7 phone calls with messages left to contact me. A registered return receipt requested letter was sent explaining all of this and requesting a refund that has not been accepted to this date. I called the owner, [redacted], who is a realtor at [redacted] in [redacted], and he would not confirm nor deny that he was the owner. He got belligerent with me on the phone and hung up on me. I sent him a copy of the registered letter. That letter requested a refund of the money paid under the contract accepted last fall 2013 for services in 2014. To date my sprinklers have not run because the companies I called that I felt I could trust are booked solid with new installations and my lawn is completely dead. One company did go out today to make the needed repair, but I have not heard from them as yet to know if the system is up and running.Desired Settlement: On November 18, 2013 a check ([redacted]) was issued and sent to Mr. Sprinkler for $101.65 which included a fall blow-out for 2013($37.45), which was completed by them, and the start-up and blow-out for 2014 ($64.20). The amount charged for the 2014 work which has not been done is: $64.20 via their invoice # [redacted] My cr on their invoice is #[redacted] I would like a refund check, but only if it is a good check and will not be returned for "insufficient funds" as a delaying tactic.

I want the $64.20 for uncompleted work. It is my belief that [redacted] never called back possibly out of embarrassment as the zone valves which include solenoids did not all go bad at the same time, and it just may have been them trying to get more money from me because I am a senior citizen and may not have known differently, but since I had them all replaced before I moved when just one of them was bad, I knew that the other zones would work and that not all 5 solenoid valves or parts needed replacing
