His message speaks volumes on the immoral and unethical business practices this guy usesI would first like to address that gift card issueI paid $and $in CASH (debit card) for a service from his business that I DID NOT receive with the failed washesI don't want a $gift card , tokens or anything elseI want a CASH refundI have NO INTENTIONS of ever using his services again! He says " the gift card was never received in the mail." I don't ever remember writing that in my responseIt was actually returned to his business placed on the counter of the attendants area in the laundry areaIt was returned either 12/or 12/I cant remember but we were on our way to Christmas shopHe has cameras and attendants maybe he should use them.I would now like to address the attendant issueIts obvious to me by his response that his character is what it isHe thought that by using a defamatory response on my character would justify not refunding my moneyMy simple response is he is a LIAR! At NO TIME was I harassing a yr old femaleI in fact spoke on the phone to a woman when the girl came out and we both read her what the sign said about the 8ft bedIn addition when the girl went into the office I followed her in as asked and wrote down my name and phone number(how did I get the gift card) and told her to have the lady call me back in an hour after I go to another car wash to rinse my truckThe girl was still on the phone when I told her I was going outside to take pictures of the sign and was leavingAt that time the girl came out and asked if I would wait and that the owner would be over shortlyI agreed and that was the total of all contact I had with herNobody ever called him as he statesI am a business owner and if you talked to any of my employees like he said I didYou would be barred for life and I surely would of told them to call the policeI would have never sent you a $gift card to come back so my employee could get harassed again! LIAR!Finally I will address his arrivalWhen he got there I asked him his nameHe wouldn't give it to meHis response was Mr Suds with a very childish attitudeThen I said read what the sign saysHe of course said no extended cabs but refused to read the 8ft bed partThen he said they make these things bigger every yearOn the second bay he did show me a piece of worn out duct tape well below where you pay that said no extended cabsI did say I didn't see it and I said it looks like a bigger bayHe said they are the same size so I said that it should be for 8ft bedsAs he continued with his attitude I got one too and told him I would never return here.My final response is that he's very fortunate that there was no damage to my truck or we would be in courtHe is committing a crime every time an extended cab truck goes through the wash and gets ripped offHe is falsely advertising and charging without refunding their moneyI will follow up with the local police dept to check into theft of servicesI will also ask my brother inlaw if maybe there's an action for a class action suitFinally I would say to Mr Suds; If your going to be in the business of not washing "vehicals" with 8ft beds at least have your advertising sign spelled correctlyIt's VEHICLE!!*** ***

We just got this in the mail this week, sorry? In accordance with our refund policy the customer was issued a Mr Suds Gift card a day after the incident.  We figured he would contact Revdex.com and let them know he was given this since it was mailed out the next day.  Our machines and...

equipment also have signs that say “see attendant or call/text [redacted] if you have any issues”  , the customer pulled into bay 2 and failed to hit the floor sensor when he moved which stopped the wash.  We saw him have troubles on our security camera and I called our attendant.  By the time she got the message and walked from our office on the far east side of the building , maybe 100 feet the customer had [redacted] off.  The next day we mailed a refund to the customer on a MR Suds Gift card because we wanted to make sure he got a wash that he paid for. Mark N[redacted], Manager[redacted]

Our final response to this complaint.  We are glad he acknowledged that he received our gift card in the mail, we sent him a $10 wash which was more then he spent on the wash that malfunctioned for him.  In addition we never received a card back in the mail cut up, which we would have surely remembered that.  So as far as we are concerned the customer got back his money and he choose to destroy our gift card.  If you remember the customer pulled into one bay and the wash didn’t work while our attendant came out to help him he fly around and entered his 2nd bay which had a sticker on the cashier that said no Crew Cabs which he told me he didn’t see!   He did that on his own accord. I don’t normally come over to immediately assist an attendant with a customer, that is the purpose of the attendant. However this customer verbally harassed our 17 year old high female school student to the point she was scared and called me.  The customer was vulgar and mean, the attendant offered to put him in the self-serve to get the soap off and he refused.  In addition the attendant was not able to understand what the customer had done because he was so mean and vulgar.  She actually wanted to file a police report because the customer was so vulgar and mean to her for harassment but we talked her out of it. I arrived at the scene about 10 minutes after the 1st car wash issue.  The customer was already visible upset and started with his vulgar and mean language.  I showed him the sticker that said no crew cabs and he was [redacted]. And told me he didn’t see it and it was too small.  I offered at least three times that he could use the self serve to get the soap off his car, the final time I even offered to wash his car for him. At this point he was backing out of the parking spot and he flipped me off and swore at me. So to summarize the customer purchased two washes the amounts we had no idea what they were because he just yelled and swore at us. We offered him to wash his car for free at least 4 to 5 times that he turned down thus declining a free wash for $5 to $8 that we would have done for free for him.  The new mailed him a $10 gift card in the mail that he could have used on any of our services or giving it to a friend or family member. But he choose to destroy it.  So we could not have responded any quicker both at the time of the problem and then mailing the gift card.  The customer harassed both our 17 year old female attendant and manager.  In our view we have done what we could for this customer and the case is closed.  Thanks Mark N[redacted], Manager[redacted]

How do I add it to the current complaint? They did send me a $10.00 gift card(which was cut in half and returned) however I don't believe it was the next day and it wasn't for the amount I spent there , which was $15.00. In addition they continue to falsely advertise that no trucks with 8ft beds allowed even though mine is 6ft. the sign is clearly visible at the entrance to the bay right above it. How many other people have they ripped off? The same sign is even at the 2nd location too. He states that he has signs to call attendant. Why would I need to do that if I don't have an 8ft bed? The girl DID NOT come out until after the fact. My truck was full of soap that I didn't want to dry. I went around the wash again REPAID, waited for the door to open so I could enter, entered and waited for the door to close behind me and saw no attendant. After I got the soap off my truck I was going to go in and seek a refund from the first wash that they stole from me. Only to yet have a problem with the 2nd wash and getting nothing but hassled by the owner who I waited for to show up. This would be my response. I would first like to address that gift card issue. I paid $7.00 and $8.00 in CASH (debit card) for a service from his business that I DID NOT receive with the 2 failed washes. Review: On 12/13/15 I went to the carwash to wash my 2013 F150 quad cab with a 6 ft bed. I first went to the self serve wash to rinse all the mud off.I then went into the auto wash of which I was in before the previous week to wash my truck.When the wash heads were going around the truck on the 2nd pass it stopped at the rear of my truck. the light came on to exit with my truck totally covered in soap.I exited like the sign told me and went around to the rear again and there was someone in the self serve and I didn't want the soap to dry. I went and entered the next auto wash bay that cleary states as you pull into it overhead, NO QUAD CABS WITH 8FT BEDS OR EXTENDED VANS.Mine being 6ft I entered it and pd again with my debit card after which I was going to go to the attendant and tell her what happened. The same thing happened with the wash heads and my truck again was covered in soap.I parked at the vaccum then saw a girl who I asked if she worked here. At that time she was on a cell with who the girl said was the owner.I talked to her and she said my truck was to big I told her I used this before and also took the attendant back to the entrance for the auto wash to show her the sign about 8ft beds she told the owner in front of me what the sign said.At that time I went in to the office to write down my phone number and someone would contact me later as I was leaving she got a call back and said the owner would be here and would I wait I said ok.In the meantime I went and took a pic of the sign on my phone which is also clearly visible on their website about 8ft beds.Then a man pulled up in a white jeep and said he was the owner.When I asked his name he refused and just told me Mr Suds,so I don't have a name.He immediately started saying my trucks to big I said wait a minute I was here last week and was in the first one I went in on that day.I then took him back to the entrance to read the sign he said they make these bigger every year and I went around in 20 seconds they were coming to help me.he liedDesired Settlement: I want a full refund he showed me a sign on a pc of gray duct tape on the lower left of the first auto wash that they wrote on about no quad cabs its NOWHERE near where you pay on the upper right.There was no signage above or placed on the auto door that says this.It says on the door for bigger trucks and suvs to pull in your mirrors.The next one clearly states 8ft beds.Hes false advertising and stealing peoples money. Hes a thief.I pd $8.00 at the first and $7.00 at the second auto wash
