Review: We obtained [redacted]'s services in August 2013 at our old address [redacted]. We were quoted $40 for 2 bags of garbage Monday, Tuesday and Friday. We never received our BIC sticker (which is required by law) nor did we receive an invoice. I communicated with [redacted] (the person who set up our account) that we were moving to Brooklyn on August [redacted] and would decide if we needed further services at that time. She never followed up with me. On 11/**/13 we received the first of two balance due notices which showed a much higher amount due than quoted for August and additional charges for garbage collection for the months of September and October 2013 when were weren't even at the location. I have emailed and called [redacted] to no avail and received notice today that my account has been sent to collections to [redacted]. (Lic# [redacted]). Despite having been lied to about the amount of the August services I am willing to pay that month to be done with this but the company is engaged in fraud and theft by charging us for services we never received and then sending the bill to collections. I have sent several emails to MS. [redacted] and have left voicemail for the billing department and received absolutely no response. I am now going to contact the collection agency as well.Desired Settlement: We would like to receive an adjusted billing showing the only the month of August 2013's charges which were $105.60.

As per our Sales Coordinator, there was an error on behalf of [redacted] Customer should not have been billed for additional services. Customer did notify MRT of said address change and should not have been entered into collection. MRT and customer have agreed on paid balance being fully satisfied. MRT accepts full responsibility for this error and has apologized to the customer. In addition, MRT has assured customer that his/her credit rating shall not be affected.

Once we receive a letter in writing stating that the balance due has been paid in full and that our account should never have been sent to collections we will happily consider the case closed.

Customer has a $0.00 balance and has been sent a confirmation via e-mail. In addition, a letter from the collection company has been issued confirming a zero balance and closing of their file regarding this account.

Review: For the last 6 months I have to call this company every Friday in order to get the garbage pick up. They are supposed to do this on Thursdays around 6 p.m. and if I do not call them garbage will stay in front of my office. I had given too many chances but this is ridiculous already! Right now, Tuesday August **, 2013 garbage is still in front of the office since last Thursday(I did not call them). I pay for this service why should I be calling to get it done!Desired Settlement: Either get the service I'm paying for or let me know if there is another company around.

Complaint has been resolved. Adjacent dwellings were disposing of residential trash in same location where customer placed commercial trash.
