Complaint: I am rejecting this response because:This job not finishedI have taken pictures just today where you can see there are huge piles of wood chipping that were just left after the stump was ground downSo much so that you can't even tell if the stump was even removedThere are still holes in my and my neighbors yardThe hole that he had to cut in my fence is still there even after I told him that my neighbor has three dogsThis is the same hole he charged me a extra dollars for because he said he would have to mend the fence once everything was done Sincerely, [redacted] ***

As per phone conversation with *** ***.The job has been finished

As per phone conversation:Mr *** will return immediately to repair the fence and level out the wood chips from the stump grinding

I talked to and texted customer and emphasized that I had to order sprockets for my sawsThe sprockets took longer than expectedI informed her again that I was still waiting for the deliveryOnce I received the sprockets, my men and I got right back on the project and cleared all the limbs
hanging over her roofBefore I went up the tree for the second time she texted me stating she decided not to cut the whole tree downShe said for me to perform the amount of work she had already paid for because she's not going to pay the other half she agreed on paying yesterday (Thursday). I agree and understand her complaint there has been a delay, also she have renig from the originalNow, I'm just giving her the amount of work she has paid forI also clarified to her that my mother fell and cracked her hipThis also delayed me a few days because I was attending to her well beingI do feel it necessary for me to cut a couple more limbs for the amount she paidI will be doing this tomorrow morningI also ended up having to perform some extra work that I did not charge her for in order to perform the work at handAll I can share with her concerning the unexpected circumstancesSorry for delay, will perform what has already been paid for safely prayerfullyThank youI can only inform I cannot control the circumstances of lifeOnce again sorry for delay

I am rejecting this response because: No response since Thursday of last week and it is pathetic that I have to go this route to get a reply as to the direction!! Nothing at all has been done for five days!!! I asked for the consideration of letting me know when this would be done and have yet to get a reply!!! At this point I'm exhausted and it would be easier to just get the remainder of the money back!! days later!!!
