Review: I took a phone in for repair on December **. it took 4 weeks to figure out the entirety of the problem. there were 2 problems. apparently they send the phone out for repair which takes 5 business days. so after 10 business days, they realized the phone had another problem. they quoted me 89 for the first problem and 149 for both problems. meanwhile, I was without a phone for almost a month. so if you don't mind being without a phone for a month, don't take it here. they don't repair it themselves and don't care how long it takes to get fixed. and it makes you wonder if they really are truthful about what is wrong with your phone at all, since you and I are not technicians. but if they send the work out, then you have to wonder if they are actually technicians. they will probably find 2 or 3 things wrong with your phone and keep charging you each additional time they find a problem. they don't honor their quotes!!!!!!!!!!!!!Desired Settlement: reimburse me for the month of lost service and fix the phone for the amount quoted of 89

Review: I brought my samsung tablet to mr tech bench to have the screen replaced. They told me they had to order it and leave a 25 dollar deposit. Which I did. They called me a week later saying the part had com in so I could drop off my tablet. I did and then I paid the difference which was 56.41. Then the man stamped paid on my invoice. I left my tablet at the store to be fixed. As soon as I got home they called me and said I had to pick it up because they needed to order another part. I went immediately and the man told me it wouldn't cost extra and offered to refund my money minus the 25 dollar down payment. I told him no its ok I trust you and I just want my tablet repaired. He said the second part was on back order so id have to wait 6 weeks. 6 and a half weeks passed and I called them and they couldnt give a date as to when it would come. I then asked for a refund over the phone. My husband went to the store to get the refund and the man at the store said that I didnt pay the full amount and he could only give me the 25 dollar down payment. My invoice says paid. I just want what I paid. Not to be run around likecrazy from person to person, because someone didnt do their job.Desired Settlement: I got my 25 dollar down payment I just want the rest of the money that I paid for the service they did not complete. 56 dollars and 41 cents.
