I would consider it half way resolved but as best as I can hope for now. The files are still missing and I have asked the technician who serviced the computer for help. I am skeptical that anything will happen.
I know that is an evasive answer but I would still prefer to see a more satisfactory resolution than I anticipate receiving

I am writing to follow-up on the complaint I filed nearly three weeks ago.  
 
To date I have heard nothing except that the company was notified of the complaint.  There has been no communication from the company and I fear the property will be lost if the problem is not resolve quickly.  
 
Is there any additional action I might take other than waiting for the 30 day period to end?

Review: My computer was picked up for repair on 30 May 2014. It was returned on 2 June 2014 without the files that were stored on the system. I was told there was a problem related to files that compromised the operation of the system. Since then, numerous contacts with technician [redacted] to determine when the files might be returned have been futile. I have been told that another company is working on restoring the files, however, I have not been given the name of the company or a timeframe for resolution of the issue. My last contact with [redacted] was on 25 June when he responded to my phone call with a text informing me he would be calling that evening. He never called. I sent [redacted] another text today and have not received a response. The company does not respond to my calls about the status of my files.Desired Settlement: I would like the files returned whether they have been "repaired" or not. It has four weeks and I need this problem corrected now. If necessary, I will have someone else find the source of the problem and "repair" the files.
