I am rejecting this response because:That is a partnership that your business has with the advertising company that is promoting your business No one is taking accountability The coupons should be clear Saying "free oil change," when you are charging people $for your fees is poor business It is a mistake I will no longer go to your business and recommend that other people do not as well Goodbye
Mr.Technician doesn't sell coupons. Its the company that makes the coupons. The coupon is for a $20.48 oil change and filter. The customer has to still pay for sales tax and labor. When a special filter is needed there is going to be an upcharge for that or when more than 4 Liters of oil is needed....
The company selling the coupons gets all the money all Mr. Technician gets out of it is publicity. If you have any questions call the coupon company directly because Mr. Technician doesn't profit from the coupon.
