At 1:50pm on 6/25/15, a female rep from Mr. Third Party called saying the movers were running behind and she did not know when they would arrive for my move. I said okay and asked if they would call me when they were on the way. She said they would. The rest of the business day came and went and still no movers. Finally, at 9:30pm on 6/25/15, 2 movers show up with no advance phone call that they were on the way. UNACCEPTABLE. Are you seriously telling me that the most professional company [redacted] could provide is so terrible at estimating their moving times that it caused my move to start 8 hours behind schedule?! I wasted an entire working day being available for a move that I ended up having to oversee after hours that went on until 12:30am on June 26, 2015.
