Review: The customer service rendered at this business on Saturday Aug 23rd was very poor. I spoke to a representative over the phone who told me about a tire special; buy two get two free. I was also quoted $89 minimum for the tires for my specific car. I called before I came because I do not live in that area. Upon arrival, a rep was sitting on hold, on speakerphone, and using the computer. The other rep was busy with a customer. There was no acknowledgement of my presence whatsoever until the rep on the phone was done. When I explained the services I needed I was told the deal is buy three get one free. I was also told that my tires would be $110 minimum. When I explained what the rep said on the phone the rep did not investigate to be able to educate the employee giving inaccurate info nor did they apologize on their rep's behalf. The rep said "You didn't get that information from us, you must have called somewhere else." When I said "I know I called here because he gave me this address" he said "You couldn't have called here, no one here is stupid enough to say that because we have never had that deal." Needless to say, I was offended because he not only chose not take the blame for the other rep, he blamed the error on me. Then, the estimate I was given totaled $494 because the "buy three get one free" deal was only with the purchase of a $100 alignment and a $56 tire insurance fee. At this point I was baffled because this was more information that could have been given over the phone. I feel this company should give me the tires "buy three get one free" without me purchasing anything else; mainly for the inconvenience. I am not asking for anything free or any discount, I just want to be accommodated because I am an unsatisfied customer that feels mislead and disrespected. I feel like I was lured to their business under false pretenses and no one was willing to address that. I would also like my tires installed and balanced for free as the deal entails.
