Mr. Todd's Gymnastics

*** called us on 9/** to request a refund of her grand daughter's birthday deposit due to the circumstances in our facility. I had asked her what circumstances she was referring to and she told me that she didn't feel comfortable going into her family affairs with me. I told her
unfortunately our birthday party deposits are non-refundable as stated on our website and on our birthday party tri-fold and she told me that she believes that under the circumstances I should refund her money. I then told her our policy again and we have that policy in effect because our staff that had signed up for the party still needs to be paid. She didn't like my answer so I told her that I could have Todd call her back which he did on 9/** and left her a message. From what I understand she has called back after that date but only wanted to speak with Todd. Todd has been out of the office on medical leave and had surgery on 10/*. He is due to come back next week. My staff was paid $out of her $deposit, we are willing to give her back the remaining deposit of $which Todd was going to offer her anywayI have attached our birthday party tri-fold which states our policy. *** did not at any time tell me where her daughter worked and that it was a conflict of interest for her to have per party here. She just said under the circumstances she didn't feel comfortable and would not go into detail when I asked for specifics. I feel that we put policies into effect for a reason and we need to stick to them. It was a terrible tragedy for us on both ends of the situation as we are friends with both parties involved in this tragedy

I am not satisfied with their response.*** ***

Todd returned back to work yesterday after being out on medical leave and spoke to ***Hopefully we can come to a decision that is fair to all parties due to the circumstances
