The purpose of this review is to document my negative experience with Mr. TV Mount. I called to have a TV mounted on a wall and a Sonos sound bar hooked up to the TV. The sound bar is less than a year old and was working fine after being hooked up to the old TV. When the tech left the home, I noticed the sound was too loud, and I went into the room to turn down the sound on the new TV. That is when I realized that the sound coming out of the Sonos was permanently fixed, and I could not turn the sound up or down. I immediately called the installer office, and requested they come and fix the problem. When I mentioned the Sonos Sound Bar ($600), they said they did not know how to connect it. This is after they charged me $199 to set up the TV. I will not ever use them again, and I recommend anyone considering using them please use your due diligence and read their reviews. They would not even come out to check the problem without charging another $99. No wonder the business is not Revdex.com accredited, the shabby way they treat their customers.

Saw the good reviews and hired Mr. TV Mount to install our 55" TV.

After beginning the installation, (sadly) we realized that the TV was damaged in transit (that part was not their fault, but read on...). They had completed attaching the bracket to the wall, but had not routed cables (which we paid extra for) or mounted the TV. At that time, they were very accommodating and told my wife they would come back and finish the installation for no extra charge.

Fast forward a couple of days, and they now

i) want to charge the full price of installation in order to come back out and
ii) charged my debit card without authorization as if they'd finished the work.

The guy on the phone - Mitchell - was rude to both me and my wife, argued that the work had been completed, and insisted that nobody told us the return visit would be free of charge.

Customer wanted to us to come out to install his new TV for free of charge even if the problem is not cause by our technicians. The 2 year warranty program can be used if technicians improperly install the TV or if the products are defective. You also need to understand the status of our company. We are always happy to come out to fix problems if problems are cause by our company side.Customer might think, our technicians can come in just a few minutes and they can install your TV, but this is not. our technicians have to go to your house from far away and go to another house to do another job. All of this time is the cost of the company. And if our technicians go to your house to install your TV at a time when a technician needs to do something else, there will be all loss to the company.Finally we gave you $150 discount and installed your TV for $50 yesterday the date they called.Thank you for choosing MR. TV MOUNT.

The purpose of this review is to share my very negative experience with Mr TV mount. After submitting pictures of my proposed project which was to relocate the TV cable outlet approximately 6 feet hang a 55 inch tv over my fireplace and conceal wires. I was quoted a price of 599.00. Two men arrived cut holes in drywall in 11 places and did the worst job applying dry wall mud patches. When they finished the wires behind the chair were horrible and the TV DID NOT WORK. They came back the next day and had to replace the HTMI cord because they originally installed a faulty cord. Because they had to recut the 11 drywall holes and again just slapped on more drywall mud it’s basically going to have to be replaced. Yes the TV works but I was charged 819.00 and will incur costs to replace the drywall they destroyed. I would recommend doing my research than I did before hiring this firm.
