Please advise as to how to access the photo of your garment

Please accept my apologies for not responding sooner, but for some reason I was unaware that a claim had been filed.You might check by Revdex.com records to find that I usually respond rather quicklySo yes, Ms *** is correct that here tablecloth was accidentally damaged at our facility
Unfortunately we were unable to provide herwith what she believed was suitable compensation There are many reasons for my decision They are as follows. The customer picked up her garment after days "Not responsible for goods left over days" is clearly posted on every customer receiptNonetheless, we did feelthat some compensation was due her.She was not happy with our offer. We did note that on the tablecloth it had been slightly used, and there was an existing stain that was unrelated to the damage done by our facilityAccording to my staff, it was not possible to remove the stain This greatly depreciates the value of the tablecloth Also, according to my staff, on two separate occasions Ms *** approached our customers and tried to convince them to go elsewhere. During two separate visits to our establishment, Ms *** made slanderous remarks to other customers According to my staff, she tried to convince them to go elsewhere. 4. Please note that since there was no label on the tablecloth, it was verydifficult for our staff to assess it's original value

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***.I understand what USA Cleaners THINK happened However, the truth is, the clerk simply told me to sign for a "redo" There was NO conversation about the possible damage to the garment There was NO conversation--period I did expect that due diligence would be applied to the garment, i.eany chemical would be applied to the STAIN ONLY As you can see from the photo, there appears to be a huge amount of liquid splashed on the jacket practically everywhere but on the stain To me, this is not due diligence--experienced clerk or not If I had wanted the jacket ruined or thought it was already ruined I would not have gone to USA Cleaners and would have done it better myself at home I am requesting that you reimburse me 10x the cost of the cleaning per your policy

It is our policy to request that the customer sign for any work done when it appears thatthere may be a problem applying chemicals to a garment When a customer signs, he or she is informed that they are giving us permission to go to any lengths to attempt to remove any and all
stains from the particular garment in question Since in this case, the customer did sign,one of our most experienced spotting professionals proceeded to apply whatever chemicals she determined wouldbe most effective in removing the stain, Unfortunately the chemicals she applied caused damage to the garment.We are sorry that this happened, but since the customer released us from liability we do not feel obliged to compensate her It seems as if the garment may have been irreparably damaged before we tried to fix it Also, please keep in mind that our LIMIT OF LIABILITY IS 10X THE COST OF CLEANING the garment and that this policy is clearly posted on a very large sign over the counter It is visible to everyone as they walk in the door This policy is also written at the bottom of every customer receipt Once again, please accept our apologies

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted].  This latest opinion is from someone who has not seen the actual jacket and quite frankly, insulting.  The statement of "quite old and badly stained"  is completely sight unseen and, of course, depends what side you represent.  To make such a statement is simply ridiculous .  Again, signing to have a "redo" does not absolve you of due diligence.  Splashing a chemical, any chemical, is unprofessional to say the least.  Why a chemical analysis is needed to determine what removed the color over the better part of the front of the garment and left sleeve when the stain is on the pocket is unclear to any thinking person.  My next move will be to post the photo on [redacted] to alert my friends and their many friends to the unprofessional treatment of the garments left at USA Cleaners.

thanks for sending the photo of the jacket.It looks pretty bad, but  without a chemical analysis, it is difficult to make an accurate evaluation.    Right now,  I cannot offer her any compensation because my workers have informed me that the jacket was quite old and badly stained before dry cleaning, the customer signed her slip to release us from any liability and  once again the damage cannot be determined without a chemical analysis.  It's always difficult when these casualties occur, but one must keep in mind the nature of the fabricand the actual nature of the stain.  These are adversities that cannot always be overcome by the dry cleaner. Also, it's important to note that our Limit of Liability (10x Cost of Cleaning)is compensation for garments that are like-new that we know we in fact damaged.  Please feel free to contact me any time.
