***,I am sorry that you are still unhappy with the service. On July 17th I sent a written estimate to *** for the amount of $795.00. *** accepted the price and booked the work to be done on August 4th. We cleaned the fan, truck line and hood the
night of August 4th. I worked with the crew until they were finished with the fan and truck line. We also clean a large amount of grease that had built up on the metal roof. Some we could not remove. The fan on the roof does not have a hinge kit as required by NFPA fire codes. This made it take longer on the roof. I was not there when my crew was cleaning the hood. I receive a call from *** with a complaint about the hood. We setup a time to return on August 10th. I asked that *** inspect the hood before my crew left to be certain he was happy with it. I was on my way to the *** *** the night of the 10th to meet with *** after the job was completed to make sure everything had gone well. *** said he could not wait. At this point I told my guys to do the best job they could. The next day we picked up a check and I thought all was well. I email the invoice, report, and photos to email I had on file and mailed and invoice to the location. A few weeks latter I receive a call saying they had not receive an invoice. I still heard no complaints. They gave me a PO Box and I mailed the invoice that day.We try to make sure all of our customers are satisficed with the work we do. To resolve this issue MrVac, Inc will issue a refund in the amount of $to the amount *** feels the should cost with the understanding that MrVac, Incwill no longer service this hood. MrVac, Incwill either mail a check to the PO Box or it can be picked up at our offices at South Glen Ave in Glenwood Springs between and 4pm Monday through Friday.Please let us known if this is an acceptable resolution.Ted D***

I am rejecting this response because: You schedule a time on August the 10th [redacted] and I were there to see you; You had sent the same guys to clean the dry chemicals they left behind. This guys were ignoring [redacted] and I when we try to show them the dry chemicals and they called you. [redacted] asked for an invoice when somebody picked up the check, we also called several times before getting the invoice. You are stating that you e-mail, you must of gotten it back because the e-mail you claim to have on file is wrong. I called this past week and gave you the [redacted] this address is also on the check we wrote to pay you. We will accept the refund of $345.00 Please send it to [redacted] Even when you are still charging $450.00 or the same somebody else who did an EXCELLENT job! You guys didn't do the job. You are stating you wont service our hood again we don't want to deal with this problems again either. We just hope you don't do this to anybody else. It is too bad that you did not make yourself available to see the dry chemicals your workers left behind.
