Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: You schedule a time on August the 10th [redacted] and I were there to see you; You had sent the same guys to clean the dry chemicals they left behindThis guys were ignoring [redacted] and I when we try to show them the dry chemicals and they called you [redacted] asked for an invoice when somebody picked up the check, we also called several times before getting the invoiceYou are stating that you e-mail, you must of gotten it back because the e-mail you claim to have on file is wrongI called this past week and gave you the [redacted] this address is also on the check we wrote to pay youWe will accept the refund of $Please send it to [redacted] Even when you are still charging $or the same somebody else who did an EXCELLENT job! You guys didn't do the jobYou are stating you wont service our hood again we don't want to deal with this problems again eitherWe just hope you don't do this to anybody elseIt is too bad that you did not make yourself available to see the dry chemicals your workers left behind Regards, [redacted] And [redacted]
