WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED.

The belt on my vacuum broke so I needed him to order a new one, and I wanted to pay him to put it on for me because I didn't know how. He said, I needed to pay him $29.99 for him to run a diagnostic test to find out what's wrong with it. Then from there we would proceed. I explained to him the belt broke, and it just needs to be replaced. He told me I knew nothing and he wouldn't even touch my vacuum unless I payed him $29.99. I asked him how much the belt would cost? He told me he doesn't research anything for free, and I can pay him a $10 deposit to look that price up. Or I can look up the cost of the belt myself. So I went home ordered the belt myself for $4.95 , then watched a YouTube video to learn how to put on the belt. And did it myself for FREE. I have never been treated this badly, and I hope I never will again. ThankS for nothing (Mr. Vac and Sew)

The experience I had here at Mr. Vac and Sew was one that one doesn't quite receive anymore. Being a small business, I received what seemed to me was a personalized and in-depth experience. I never would of thought there was so much that could go into buying a vacuum. But the great thing was that Mr. Vac made it easy, informative, and very honest. The salesperson told me the pros and cons to each machine and wasn't one bit hesitant in being up front and honest, something that is very rare these days. Thank you Mr. Vac and Sew.

This company has no integrity, and does not thing about the customer. Communications are defensive, work never has been started, and my vacuum has been there for service for months, for a warranty issue. They have repeatedly called asking for more money for various services like cleaning at the amount of at least $75, when declined, they are very rude. Months later they call back, work still not started, and want to replace a roller, but want to charge $30 to install it. We decline, but ask that the part be ordered, and their reply was we don't want to order it if we can't install it. And when I said that is poor customer service, and that I would report bad service, he declined to fix my unit, which is now past the warranty period, and we are too poor to deal with this. Horrible company. Absolutely horrible.

I had bought both my vaccum cleaner and sewing maching from [redacted] 10 years ago and it was time to replace them both. They had worked on my sewing machine about 8 months ago but I didn't have a receipt. He said they always marked the date of repair on the inside of the machine and there was none. I told him I could get the receipt but I had primarily came to buy a vaccum. He told me to take my sewing machine home and come back when I found it. I told him I would just get my sewing machine elsewhere. He began shouting at me and told me I was not the kind of person he did business with and he would not sell me a vaccum. He was yelling at me in front of other customers and all his employees could do was shake their head and look at the floor. I would never ever recommend this jerk to anyone. I am absolutely amazed he is still in business.

I took my Dyson vacuum into his shop for repairs. Went to pick it up 2 weeks later then promise return date. The guy was rude, unprofessional and yell at me. He accused me of stealing my vacuum cleaner when I wouldn't argue with him about the way I signed my name on my receipt. Yelling he's calling the police on me in front of other customers. HE IS A HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PERSON! I hope no one goes in there to do business with him.

I just want to share my experience with Mr. Vac and Sew. First of all the positives, nice store appearance, clean, etc. As for positives that was it! Customer service? Absolutely none, 28 days to complete a service order? When I walked into the store the owner continued to degrade a women about the care of her vacuum, I just wanted to pick up my vacuum and leave at this point. After asking for pickup, because it was so long ago and I was picking up for someone else didn't know if they paid. Asked about payment. Owner went Crazy, ranted and yelled directly in my face calling me all sorts of names and how he was sick of customers. Asked how much was owed. He said 78.50 then he said he wouldn't receive my payment. I drove over 15 miles to get there so I wasn't leaving. He took the next customer in line and after he was finished I asked to have my vacuum so I could get on with my day. Took my card, license# because he said he needed it for security. Previously he didn't write it down just asked for an ID. Then he overcharged me after telling me the original price. As far as customer service goes there has been none. As far as businesses go this has been one of the worst that I have done business with. As for the owner, go back to [redacted] where you came from and you can yell to as many people there as you like, but here NO!!! Get a life and treat people with a little kindness, it goes a long way!!!

I needed to buy a vacuum and after several problems with ones I had bought at Walmart, Targert, etc. a few friends recommended Mr. Vac and Sew. I was desperate to try anything and I am glad I did. The owner gave me a thorough education of the machines he had, the pros AND the cons. He didn't hold back any information when it came to the different machines. After finally settling on a machine and after a week or so of using it, I understand why Mr. Vac and Sew was highly recommended to me.
