Business states that the consumer was aware that the part was damaged. He still owes a balance of $68, then he can pick up the vacuum. There will be no refund, or replacing the battery.
Review: I took my vacuum cleaner to get repaired and they crossed wirers while repairing and set it on fire. I ask them could they pay for it and the owner told me to take my now burned battery and get out of his store he was not paying for anything. The owner was laughing at me I have the pictures to prove it.Desired Settlement: I would like a knew battery for my vacuum.
