When I parked my car, I got outI did not take anything else out with meDo they even have cameras there to see I did not take out my pass? Even when I got out of my car, there is no way in hell my body would physically be able to dislocate my pass off the mirror, because I exit out the left door, and my pass was hanging high above me on the right side on the rear view mirrorThe only people that actually touched everything in and around my rear view mirror was the people that were cleaningIt is very unfortunate that they cant admit their wrong on this situationAnd yes, I realized my pass was gone the next day because my car was towedI don't know what this lady was talking about the trash issue, because they never mentioned it was thrown awayThey had it on their cart the whole timeThis is really fked up of Mr Washes CompanyIt really added a lot of more financial stress in our family$may not be a lot to the company, but it is a lot to the working class, and we lost that much so quick from a mistake they fail to admitI swear, I TOOK NOTHING OUT OF MY CAR WHEN I GOT OUT Regards, [redacted]

No, I have not received any refund other than in August when they double charge me from two accounts If this matter is not resolve through the Revdex.com can you provide me with the company's address so I can present this case before a judge at the small claims court This company has been very negative with me and had promised to refund me $for the insufficient funds fee which I never received I personally believe that the company is operating under some type of business violation with immigrants that does not speak nor understand English I have tried to work with the company but the only contact I was given was an email and telephone number which goes to voice mail All I want is for them to pay for the mistake that they made and admitted to, so can recover all the fees that I incurred due to their mistakes.Thanks [redacted]

Good Morning,This complaint was addressed with the customer out investigation on this incident was closed.Here are the details.The customer came through our car wash service and his parking sticker fell out of his vehicleHis parking pass was found on the ground by one of our employees AFTER the customer left our propertyAs many of our customer's clean out there cars and throw away trashWe are not responsible for anything they drop or throw awayThis customer claims it was an employee that took the pass and dropped it outI advised that the only thing that both the customer and Mr Wash knows is that some how his pass was on the groundThe customer could not confirm seeing any employee take out his passAt this point this could be the customer who dropped it out of the carThe customer also did not notice his pass that he claims was hanging on his rear view mirror was missingThat is something we cannot be held responsible forIf it was hanging on the mirror and he didn't notice it missing until the next day, again that is something we cannot be responsible forOur employee did turn in the pass and when the customer returned the pass was given back to the customerAt no time was the customer's property denied him or held from himHe could of noticed its absence at any time after the wast was not until his car was towed that he noticed it missingWe cannot be held responsible for the customer not noticing his pass was missingAll this information was given to the customerTo summarizeThe customer's pass was found on the groundNo one can be certain how it came to be on the ground and we are not responsible that the customer did not notice his pass missing until the next dayWe collected the pass and held it until they came back for itPlease let me know if you have any questions

front of a line of cars at the locationSpace is very tightI can offer to email the customer a Super Wash+ which is what the customer paid forWith the understanding of our services.The Super+ cost $includes the outside wash ( clear coat protectant, tri-color clear coat treatment, machine wheel clean, undercarriage flush and machine air dry)Full Services are interior vacuum, windows inside and out and the top of the dash wiped and exterior wipe down. Please note there is no detail cleaning of any of the interior vinyl, door panels or interior crevices as we do not offer interior detail services. I can email the Super+ coupon ( value $30) if the customer is agreeable to thisThe coupon would allow the customer to go to any of our six locations when he has available time to get the wash

The Customer accepted and received the refund for the overdraft fees associated with their Mr Wash Car Wash account. Any other fees the bank account incurred were not due to our business and are not refundable by us. This matter has been closed on our end once we issued the refund.

I am rejecting this response because this information is inconsistent with 1) the attached receipt that I received that shows no such instruction about how to cancel (which is why I went into the car wash to do so) and 2) the original complaint ( as I went in on the 16th not the 18th to cancel - I went in on the 18th to get a car wash after being told that I could still finish up. I am not sure why this particular company 1) does not believe my narrative that I actually went into the car wash and was told by the attendant that my agreement was cancelled and 2) continues to be firm at the solution here - if I did forgot to cancel, I can see this type of response being valid, but I have indicated more than one time that I was told that the agreement was voided on the day that I went to cancel! I submit that a respectable company would, instead of calling the consumer a liar and being inflexible to this situation, would have come up with some solution (maybe a prorated charge or a refund) and talked to the attendant that day for reprimand and/or sent a reminder to all employees about how to handle refunds.
This is such a bad business practice overall, and in some circles, taking money from someone's account after that person clearly indicated that it should not have happened constitutes as theft.
